This page explains what data Dungeoneer's Pack collects and why. It's a small, independently-run project — there's no analytics, no ad tracking, and nothing here is sold or shared with third parties.
When you log in with Discord, the service receives (via Discord's OAuth2) your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the list of servers you're in. It stores your ID, username, display name, and avatar so the site and bot can recognize you and show your name to campaign members, friends, or other people you interact with through the service.
Beyond that, it stores whatever content you create or generate while using the service: character sheets, homebrew compendium entries and collections, campaign notes, custom random tables, dice roll history where the feature relies on it, and support tickets — along with which campaign(s), if any, you've shared them into. Using the friends feature stores the messages you send in a friend thread; sending a campaign invite, homebrew collection invite, or friend request stores the request itself and who it was sent to; using the notification bell stores the notifications generated for you until you dismiss them. If a server's bot integration is set up with the necessary permissions, the bot may also read that server's member list to show real nicknames/avatars rather than raw Discord IDs.
Solely to run the service: authenticating you, showing your own sheets/notes/homebrew/tables back to you, sharing content the way you've configured it (with a campaign's roster, a friend, or a homebrew collection's members), notifying you of activity relevant to you, and letting whoever owns a ticket you filed follow up with you.
Data is stored in a database operated for this service, not sold to or shared with any third party. Your login session is a signed JWT kept in a browser cookie — there's no separate server-side session record — and it expires after 7 days.
Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising. Content you explicitly share becomes visible to whoever you've shared it with — your campaign's roster, a specific friend, or a homebrew collection's members — that's the whole point of those features. SRD reference content shown in the compendium comes from a one-time import of public open-license data (see the Legality page); no personal data is sent to that source.
You can stop sharing a sheet, note, homebrew entry, or custom table at any time from its edit page, remove a friend, and dismiss notifications individually. To fully delete your account, use the "Delete My Account & Data" button on the Settings page — it removes every sheet, note, homebrew entry and collection, campaign, custom table, friend connection and message, and notification you own, across every campaign, immediately and permanently; there's no recovery window. Tickets you've filed are kept as a support record even after account deletion, since they may still need a reply.
This service is used through Discord and isn't intended for anyone who doesn't meet Discord's own minimum age requirement. It doesn't knowingly collect data from children below that age.

Questions about this policy, or requests to view/delete your data, can be directed to the bot's owner through the Discord server where you use it.
