This page explains what data Dungeoneer's Pack collects and why. It's a small, independently-run project — there's no analytics, no ad tracking, and nothing here is sold or shared with third parties.
When you log in with Discord, the service receives (via Discord's OAuth2) your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the list of servers you're in. It stores your ID, username, display name, and avatar so the site and bot can recognize you and (if a DM adds you) show your name in a server's party roster.
Beyond that, it stores whatever content you create: character sheets, homebrew compendium entries, and campaign notes, along with which server (if any) you've shared them into. If a server's bot integration is set up with the necessary permissions, the bot may also read that server's member list to show real nicknames/avatars in the roster, rather than raw Discord IDs.
Solely to run the service: authenticating you, showing your own sheets/notes/homebrew back to you, sharing content with your party the way you've configured it, and letting a DM manage who's on their server's roster.
Data is stored on the server that runs this service (currently as flat files, not a hosted third-party database). Your login session is kept in a browser cookie plus a matching server-side session record, which expires after 7 days of inactivity.
Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising. Content you explicitly mark "shared" becomes visible to your campaign's roster (your party/DM) — that's the whole point of the feature. SRD reference content shown in the compendium comes from a one-time import of public open-license data (see the Legality page); no personal data is sent to that source.
You can stop sharing a sheet, note, or homebrew entry at any time from its edit page. To fully delete your account — every sheet, note, and homebrew entry you own, across every server — use the "Delete My Account & Data" button on the Settings page. It's immediate and permanent; there's no recovery window.
This service is used through Discord and isn't intended for anyone who doesn't meet Discord's own minimum age requirement. It doesn't knowingly collect data from children below that age.
This policy may be updated as the service changes. Check back here if you want the current version.
Questions about this policy, or requests to view/delete your data, can be directed to the bot's owner through the Discord server where you use it.
