Terms of Service

Dungeoneer's Pack ("the service") is a Discord bot and companion website for running Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition games — character sheets, a compendium, campaigns, notes, homebrew content, custom random tables, and ways to connect with friends and your party. It's a small, independently-run hobby project. By inviting the bot to a server or logging into the website, you agree to these terms.

Use it for what it's for: managing characters, looking up rules, organizing your games, and communicating with your party or friends through it. Don't use it to store or share content that's illegal, harassing, or that violates Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Don't try to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in bad faith, and don't use tickets, friend messages, or any other messaging feature to spam or harass other users.

You keep ownership of whatever you create here — character sheets, notes, homebrew entries and collections, custom tables, and the messages you send through friend threads or tickets. By submitting it, you're giving the service permission to store and display it back to you and to whoever you choose to share it with (your party, a friend, a homebrew collection's members), for the purpose of running the service. You're responsible for what you post; don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

This is a hobby project, not a company with an SLA. It's provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or that your data will be retained forever. Features can change, and the service can be modified or shut down at any time. If that ever happens, an effort will be made to give notice where practical, but no promises.

Access can be removed — for a server, an account, or specific content — if these terms or Discord's own rules are being violated. You can stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server and/or deleting your account data (see the Privacy Policy).

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, the operator isn't liable for any damages or losses (including lost data) arising from using or being unable to use the service.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
